Delete Your Account

You can delete your Identity Quest™ account and everything saved with it at any time. Playing as a guest needs no account, so there is nothing to delete on our side.

In the Game

1. Open Identity Quest™ and sign in.
2. Open Settings: the gear beside the sound button at the top of the game.
3. Choose Delete My Account.
4. Confirm it is you (your password, or Google sign-in) and type DELETE.

Your account and every cloud save are deleted at once. You can also erase the saves stored on that device in the same step.

By Email

If you cannot sign in, write to legal@mashmancg.com from the email address on the account, with the subject “Delete my Identity Quest account.” We confirm the account is yours, delete it and its data within 30 days, and reply when it is done.

What Is Deleted

• Your account: the email address and sign-in details.
• Every save stored in the cloud, including all save slots.
• The saves on the device you delete from, if you leave that option checked.

What Is Not Kept

We keep nothing about a deleted account. Guest saves live only in your browser; clear them in the deletion step or by clearing this site’s data. Records the law requires us to keep, if any, are kept only as long as the law requires. The Privacy Policy has the details.
