These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Identity Quest™ (the "Game"), a property of Mashman Consulting Group LLC ("MCG," "we," "us," or "our"). By playing Identity Quest, you agree to these Terms.

The Game

Identity Quest is a free, browser-based personal brand simulator. It is provided for informational and entertainment purposes as a teaching tool built on MCG's Identity Positioning™ methodology.

Accounts and Guest Mode

• You may play Identity Quest as a guest, in which case your progress is saved only on your local device.
• You may create an account to save your progress to the cloud and continue across devices. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for all activity under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of Identity Quest or its underlying infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or data.
• Use Identity Quest for any unlawful purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the Game's source code except as permitted by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

Identity Quest™, Identity Positioning™, and all associated names, logos, game mechanics, artwork, and content are the property of Mashman Consulting Group LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the Game may be reproduced, distributed, or used to create derivative works without our prior written permission.

No Professional Advice

Identity Quest is a simulation for educational and entertainment purposes. Nothing in the Game constitutes professional, financial, legal, or personal branding advice specific to your circumstances. For personalized guidance, MCG offers direct consulting services.

Changes to the Game

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of Identity Quest at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Identity Quest at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms.
